Mileage fees are required for events over 100+ kilometres from Hamilton, ON. Mileage or flights + 2 night accommodation is required for events 150+ kilometres from Hamilton, ON.

What can I expect from your services?
The friend who always has their phone out and knows your angles. Ahead of your event we’ll chat, so on the day of, you won’t think twice about where your phone is.
Within 24 hours following the event, you receive a gallery of all the raw files captured from your event for you to relive from bed the next day. As well, you'll receive the recap edits we discussed prior to the big day.
What are the benefits of a content creator?
Where professional cinematographers and videographers are experts in wrapping your wedding in a perfect silk bow, user generated content exists to bring the raw, home video quality to your day for memories that play back exactly as you lived them. Wildflower Creative Co. lives for the moments in between that you keep revisiting in your camera roll each time you tell the tales of your most favourite day.
Flawlessly unpolished and imperfectly you, Wildflower content provides a bouquet of your untamed magic moments, a digital memory box, a permanent place for the twinkling flashes of life we wish we could carry in our pockets and plant in our hearts.
When and how will my content be delivered?
All raw files and footage + one recap video is delivered to you via Google Drive within 24 hours of the end of your event, though often sooner.
Any additional edits are delivered up to 72 hours following your event.
How do you shoot your content?
Content is filmed on an iPhone 15 Pro Max in 4k so not a single petal, sequin, or tear of joy is missed.
Are you inclusive of all identities?
As a BIPOC individual myself, affirming all identities is beyond a priority, but a key to my core beliefs. There is always room for Black, Indigenous, AAPI, and other people of colour, in addition to LGBTQIA+ folks and individuals of varying religious backgrounds to be respected, represented, and celebrated within my work.
What is the booking process like?
Step one - when you reach out, I check my availability. If it’s all clear, we move on to...
Step two - filling out the intake form! I send a 10 minute survey to learn more about your vision for the day
Step three - we book a video call to confirm the *details* so I don’t miss a thing
Step four - our contract is signed and a 50% deposit is paid to secure the date
Step five - a week before the party our balance is settled so that ...
Step six - we can party! You relax and I capture. Enjoy your content the next day.

- one extra edit of clips from your day - think TikTok trend, a specific focus on your day like getting ready, or a highlight reel of your best dressed guests

Mailed Flash Drive
- online albums will expire two weeks after being shared with you, but with a flash drive you can preserve your memories in a safe place without using up the storage in your cloud
